Columbus median home prices rose by 14.3% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Columbus rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 465 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 456 homes sold in Columbus in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
