State Senator Theresa Gavarone | The Ohio Senate

Ohio Senator Theresa Gavarone has recently shared updates on her visits to key businesses and a community tribute in the region via social media.

On September 9, 2025, Gavarone posted about her visit to Amrize Quarry in Marblehead. She wrote, "Had a very informative meeting and tour of the Amrize Quarry in Marblehead yesterday. In operation for 100 years, they distribute millions of tons of limestone annually. They have won numerous community relations and environmental awards over the years, and are deeply involved https://t.co/OVYWyhqrjl".

The following day, September 10, 2025, she commented on her experience at Firelands Winery in Sandusky. According to Gavarone’s post, "I really enjoyed touring Firelands Winery in Sandusky last week! Opened in 1880 by the Mantey family, Firelands Winery is Ohio’s longest continuously operating winery! https://t.co/2oNMlnsSKf".

Later that same day, Gavarone expressed condolences for Charlie Kirk. She stated on social media: "Charlie Kirk was a son, husband, and father who deeply loved his country. Please keep Charlie’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. May Charlie rest in peace. https://t.co/c9pKl7ADB0".

Senator Gavarone represents Ohio’s 2nd Senate District and frequently highlights local industry milestones as well as community matters through her public communications.
