Representative Josh Williams posted a series of statements on his social media account on September 12, 2025, addressing political discourse, law enforcement challenges, and a recent endorsement.

In a post from the afternoon of September 12, Williams criticized certain rhetoric in American politics. He wrote, "The radical left has spent the last decade labeling people they disagree with as nazis and fascists. It's disgusting and it needs to stop. Unfortunately, it most likely won't."

Later that day, Williams described his participation in an Ohio Adult Parole Authority ride-along. He stated: "Today I joined Ohio’s Adult Parole Authority for a ride-along. I heard firsthand how current laws hinder their ability to supervise felons, prevent crime, and quickly apprehend violators. I’ll be introducing legislation soon to give them the tools they need."

On the evening of September 12, Williams announced an endorsement from a local official: "Proud to earn the endorsement of Williams County Commissioner Scott Lirot. As a farmer & small business owner, he knows the challenges our communities face. His leadership is rooted in hard work & service, and I’m honored to have his support."

Representative Josh Williams serves as a member of Ohio's House of Representatives.
