Blacklick home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Blacklick rose by $33,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $276,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Blacklick in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Blacklick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,850, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
