Ohio Real Estate Benefits Center offers exclusive health plans for REALTORS

Benefits renewal season is approaching, offering an opportunity for individuals to evaluate their family's needs and explore suitable coverage options. The Ohio Real Estate Benefits Center will be available to provide affordable medical benefits and other services exclusively for Ohio REALTORS®.

The leadership of OHRE has announced that the Ohio Real Estate Benefits Center will commence operations on November 16th. This initiative offers health plans specifically designed for its members, providing them and their families with access to high-quality, cost-effective health benefits solutions. It is noted as the only solution approved by Ohio REALTORS®.

Applications submitted by the 15th of each month can secure coverage starting from the first day of the following month. The qualification process is described as quick, with several plans accessible to all applicants. However, some plans may require an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and responses to health-related questions. Available plans include a self-insured captive, guaranteed issue major medical, limited benefits plans, dental and vision coverage, as well as supplemental insurance products like accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity.

The service teams are prepared to assist with any inquiries regarding these high-quality, cost-effective health plans aimed at maintaining family health.

Enrollment for coverage beginning January 1, 2025, opens on November 16th.
