Ohio REALTORS names Mic Gordon president for its newly elected leadership team

Ohio REALTORS has announced its 2026 Leadership Team following elections held during the Association’s Annual Convention & EXPO in Cleveland from September 15 to 17. The new leadership will be officially installed at the Ohio REALTORS Winter Conference scheduled for February 2026.

The incoming President, Mic Gordon, is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty. Licensed since 1987, Gordon manages a brokerage with nearly 330 agents across six offices and continues to work directly with clients. He has held several leadership roles since 2003 and served as President of Columbus REALTORS in 2017. Gordon’s involvement includes chairing committees such as Governance, Budget & Finance, Housing Affordability and Community Partnership, among others. He was named Columbus REALTORS Salesperson of the Year in 2020 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.

At the state level, Gordon has been on the Ohio REALTORS Board of Directors since 2010 and chaired multiple committees including Strategic Planning and Legislative Steering. He also served as State Political Coordinator for Sen. Michelle Reynolds (R-Canal Winchester) and was appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine to the state’s Federally Subsidized Housing Taxation Study Committee.

Gordon’s national experience includes serving on the National Association of REALTORS Federal Taxation Committee and its Board of Directors during several terms between 2016 and 2025. He is recognized as a “Golden R” RPAC Major Investor, a member of the President’s Circle, and an inductee into both the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame and Ohio REALTORS RPAC Hall of Honor.

Joanne Zettl will serve as President-elect for 2026. She is a sales associate with The Agency Cleveland Northcoast and has been a REALTOR since 1985. Zettl previously served as President of the Akron-Cleveland Association of REALTORS (ACAR) in 2013 and has participated in various ACAR committees including Grievance, Professional Development, Equal Opportunity, Legislative, Professional Standards, among others. She was selected as Ohio REALTORS Realtor of the Year in 2022.

Zettl has also contributed at the state level as District 3 Vice President (2021-2022) and is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS Leadership Academy. On a national scale, she serves on several National Association of REALTORS committees such as Risk Management and Research.

Civically active in her community, Zettl holds leadership roles with organizations like Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce and Chagrin Documentary Film Fest.

Tracy Dunne will take on the role of Treasurer for Ohio REALTORS in 2026. Dunne is President and Principal Broker at Comey & Shepherd REALTORS based in Cincinnati. She was licensed in real estate in 2005 before becoming a broker licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Dunne recently served as President (2024) of REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati after being Director from 2020 to 2022. Her committee service includes Contracts Committee (2018–2022), Professional Standards (2016–2022), Ombudsman for Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS (2019–2023), among others.

She has been an Ohio REALTORS Director since 2020 with additional involvement on committees related to professional development, communications, legislative steering, and professional standards at both state and national levels.

Ohio REALTORS represents more than 35,000 members statewide as Ohio's largest professional trade association.
