Columbus REALTORS has been named the 2025 Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Year by Ohio REALTORS. The recognition was announced at the Ohio REALTORS 115th Annual Convention & EXPO, held from September 15 to 17 in Cleveland.
The YPN of the Year Award is given to a local association that demonstrates significant involvement, recruitment, and representation of young professionals in real estate, while aligning with the goals set by the National Association of REALTORS.
Throughout the year, Columbus REALTORS engaged in various community service activities. Their members volunteered at organizations such as Ronald McDonald House and Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center. They also organized collections for Toys for Tots and the YWCA of Central Ohio.
On the professional development front, Columbus REALTORS arranged educational events for their members. These included sessions with financial advisors from Morgan Stanley focused on personal finance management and a meeting with Ryan Mircale from Ruoff Mortgage about video production skills for agents. Members were also active participants in association events and planning efforts.
"We are thrilled to recognize the Columbus REALTORS YPN for their remarkable achievements this year," said Michelle Billings, 2025 President of Ohio REALTORS. "Their dedication to fostering the growth and success of young professionals in our industry is truly commendable."
Ohio REALTORS describes itself as the largest professional trade association in Ohio, representing more than 35,000 members involved in all areas of real estate. The organization emphasizes its commitment to professionalism, property ownership advocacy, education, and networking opportunities for its members.
