Ohio REALTORS announces tenth Leadership Academy class graduates at annual convention

Ohio REALTORS recently celebrated the graduation of its tenth Leadership Academy class at the organization's Annual Convention & EXPO, held from September 15 to 17 in Cleveland.

The graduating class included 11 members who completed a rigorous program centered on goal-setting, communication, business relationships, and personal growth. According to Ohio REALTORS, the program is designed to help participants develop professionally and personally by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for leadership roles.

The graduates of the 2025 Leadership Academy are:

- Holly Becht (Medina County Board of REALTORS)

- Morgan Denius (Guernsey-Muskingum Valley Association of REALTORS)

- Rodelyn Frijas (Columbus REALTORS)

- Stephanie Hampton (Columbus REALTORS)

- Scott Killy (Stark Trumbull Area REALTORS)

- Brittany Lasley (Northwest Ohio REALTORS)

- Tammy Murphy (Dayton REALTORS)

- Filomena (Mena) Ruggiero (Akron Cleveland Area Association of REALTORS)

- Brian Sharp (Dayton REALTORS)

- George Vujadinovic (Akron Cleveland Area Association of REALTORS)

- Laurie Westheimer (Dayton REALTORS)

Participants in the Leadership Academy take part in a comprehensive training program that includes individual study, group retreats, and specialized initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership abilities. The curriculum also features nationally recognized speakers who help attendees build skills for leadership within their organization, profession, and community.

Ohio REALTORS is the largest professional trade association in Ohio, representing more than 35,000 members.
