Ralph Mantica, a REALTOR from Dayton, has received the Ohio REALTORS 2025 Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award. The announcement was made during the Ohio REALTORS 115th Annual Convention & EXPO in Cleveland, which took place from September 15 to 17.
The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award was created in 2001 to honor Past President Phillip R. Barnes and is given each year to a REALTOR who demonstrates leadership and commitment through support of the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) and political engagement.
Mantica has shown consistent support for RPAC over the years. In 2022, he was part of the first group inducted into the Ohio REALTORS RPAC Hall of Honor, recognizing his significant contributions to real estate advocacy through political involvement. He was also named to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Hall of Fame in 2024.
He is a President’s Circle Investor and belongs to an exclusive group recognized at the $25,000 investment level for both Ohio and NAR. Over time, Mantica has invested a total of $30,755.67 in RPAC.
Ohio REALTORS President Michelle Billings selected Mantica for this year’s award. We are strong because of your support and dedication to the REALTORS Political Action Committee.
