This weekend, Marilou Butcher Roth, owner of The MBR Group, will be celebrating two significant holidays in her household: Passover and Easter. In a tradition she calls "Peaster," she combines an Easter egg hunt for the young ones with a Passover dinner, merging the two celebrations.

"Using my trusty spiral notebook, I first make a list of everyone we plan to invite, create the date and time, and then get those invitations out," Roth elaborates.

Roth also describes the importance of planning the menu, involving contributions from others, and detailing tasks that need to be completed prior to the event. This approach, she says, serves as a pathway to maintaining her sanity in the midst of managing family gatherings.

Roth emphasizes that while the process may not be complicated, "laying everything out makes the difference between feeling stressed and experiencing ease."
