Franklin County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Mar 28.
The FCSO congratulates Detective Mickey Casper on his recent promotion to Sergeant. He joined the Sheriff’s Office in 2001 and began his career in the Corrections Division before transferring to Patrol. Sgt. Casper’s most recent assignment was to serve as a ‘Cold Case’ Detective in the Investigations Bureau.
Now, he is stepping into a well-deserved leadership role and we wish him the best of luck!
