On Nov. 30, Kimneang Khiv Atty, Sophath Soun, Thann B Tan, Thann Bun Tan and Sophath Yim sold their six bedroom, two bathroom home at 58 Ogden Ave., Columbus to Liberty Avenue Homes LLC for $155,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,312.64, 0.85% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 320 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Elizabeth J Dillard, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 58 Ogden Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
