The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2009 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington was sold on Oct. 29 by Jolie Kearns and Michael J. Patrick for $505,000. The buyer was Riley J. Patrick.

This home last sold on Nov. 13, 2018 for $235,000.

So far in October 2021, 25 properties sold in Upper Arlington.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2009 Zollinger Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Collin Wade Dolder, 34, and Courtney Kuesel Dolder, 32.
