How did home prices perform in Grandview Heights during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Grandview Heights fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 5% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Grandview Heights in the first half of 2020.
