Flint median home prices rose by 68.6% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Flint rose by $141,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,200 - a 68.6% increase over the $205,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Flint in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Flint for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,723, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
