The first half of 2021: Whitehall experienced a 47.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Whitehall rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 47.7% increase over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Whitehall in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
