Worthington median home prices rose by 14.3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Worthington rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Worthington in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
