Home prices increased in Upper Arlington during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Upper Arlington rose by $162,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $497,500 - a 48.5% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Upper Arlington in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
