June 2021: Columbus experienced a 41% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Columbus rose by $64,000 while total sales increased by 174%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 348 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 41% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Columbus in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
