Columbus home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Columbus rose by $20,050 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 707 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 702 homes sold in Columbus in December 2018.
