Columbus home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Columbus rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 441 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 719 homes sold in Columbus in March 2019.
