On Sunday, April 6, former Thomas Worthington High School standout Khalil V'azquez Torres’ current college team, the Southwest Baptist Bearcats, lost 14-12 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lincoln Blue Tigers.

The game took place at Dodson Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Blue Tigers this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 2 p.m. at Weber Baseball Field against Maryville Saints.
