In a tweet dated April 23, 2025, Carey extended an invitation to those interested in attending a military service academy. He encouraged participation in an information session, stating, "TOMORROW: if you or someone you know is interested in attending a military service academy, join team members from my office and others for an information session!" This session aims to provide prospective academy applicants with valuable insights and guidance.

On April 24, 2025, Carey shared details about a meeting he held with the leadership of IGS Energy. He highlighted their discussions on optimizing energy projects, particularly the company's residential solar unit. He tweeted, "I had a great meeting with @IGSEnergy leadership to talk how we can maximize energy projects, like their residential solar unit, by passing a reconciliation bill that: Extends tax cuts. AND Unleashes American energy." His message underscores his commitment to increasing energy initiatives through legislative support.

Later that same day, Carey condemned a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, stating emphatically, "Targeting civilians and tourists in a terrorist attack is a heinous and cowardly action. All who had a hand in the attack in Pahalgam must be brought to justice." He expressed his thoughts and prayers for the victims and their families, emphasizing the need for accountability for such acts of violence.
