Kunal Patel was inspired to enter the real estate industry after purchasing his first home. He saw an opportunity to simplify a complex process for his community. "I knew the process could be done better and more efficiently," he said, attributing his entrepreneurial spirit to his father, who owned a business after immigrating from India.

Over a decade as a REALTOR®, Kunal has assisted approximately 1,200 clients in southwest Ohio. He views homeownership as more than just owning property; it is about building memories, raising families, and creating generational wealth. "Real estate isn't just about the physical structure. It's about the community that you have," he stated.

Understanding the challenges of the real estate market, especially for first-time buyers, Kunal is committed to simplifying transactions. He guides clients through every step of buying or selling homes. "In a real estate transaction, there’s often multiple things moving at the same time," he explained.

Kunal values long-term relationships with clients built on trust and transparency. He aims to be their "most knowledgeable friend or partner" even after closing deals. "If...your drain line is broken or you have a roof leak, your first call should be your realtor," he advised.

As a first-generation Indian American, Kunal is also dedicated to giving back to his community. "I've had the opportunity to make a difference in our community," he expressed gratitude for society's support when his family arrived in America.
