Delta Crabtree has spent a decade in the real estate industry, where she is known for her dedication to helping individuals navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. Working primarily on the eastern and northern sides of Cincinnati, Delta serves a diverse clientele, including a growing Hispanic community. Her bilingual skills in English and Spanish have proven valuable in assisting this traditionally underserved group.
“It is extremely gratifying to help the Hispanic community that has traditionally been underserved, making it extremely difficult for them to achieve homeownership,” said Delta.
Delta emphasizes that her role as a REALTOR® goes beyond closing deals; it involves building relationships and having a lasting impact on people's lives. She recalls helping a young immigrant purchase his first home, describing it as life-changing for him and his family.
“I remember working with a young man who immigrated to the United States. It was incredibly gratifying to help him through the homebuying process, and then see him walk away with the keys in his hand and recognize that this was life-changing for him and his family,” said Delta.
Her approach focuses on simplifying complex aspects of real estate transactions while ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
“My goal is to simplify the complicated parts and make sure my clients feel informed, empowered and confident in their decisions,” said Delta.
Delta maintains ongoing relationships with her clients even after transactions are completed. She provides recommendations on contractors and future improvements to help clients continue gaining equity.
“There are always opportunities to provide recommendations on contractors and future improvements, ensuring that they (clients) continue to gain equity. I enjoy staying in touch and always being helpful to my clients,” said Delta.
Looking forward, Delta remains enthusiastic about future opportunities in real estate. She contributes actively to her local board of REALTORS®, particularly focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
“There are always people looking to buy or sell real estate for the first time. The need for education and guidance will never go away. It’s gratifying to guide people through this process and uphold our ethical obligations, allowing everyone to achieve the American dream,” said Delta.
