Ohio Realtors graduates its ninth leadership academy class

Ohio REALTORS graduated its ninth Leadership Academy class during the organization's Annual Convention & EXPO, held from September 9-11 in Columbus.

The 11-member Leadership Academy class completed a program focused on goal-setting, communication, business relationships, and personal growth. It provided participants with opportunities to grow both professionally and personally by gaining knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel as leaders.

Congratulations were extended to the 2024 Leadership Academy Graduates:

Elizabeth Cooper -- Dayton REALTORS

Tyler Hicks -- Springfield Board of REALTORS

Maurie Hornsby -- REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati

Danielle Jackson -- Columbus REALTORS

Eric Larson -- Wayne-Holmes Association of REALTORS

Greg Marlowe -- Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS

Jordan McBride -- Columbus REALTORS

Buffie Patterson -- Columbus REALTORS

Amanda Sheets -- Mansfield Association of REALTORS

Antonio Valdez -- Stark Trumbull Area REALTORS

Participants in the Ohio REALTORS Leadership Academy work through a comprehensive training program that combines individual study, group retreats, and unique initiatives to enhance leadership skills. Nationally recognized speakers assist them in developing skills that will position them as leaders within the organization, the profession, and their community.

Applications for the 2025 ORLA Class are now open. The deadline is November 18th.

Ohio REALTORS is Ohio's largest professional trade association with more than 36,000 members.
