Chris Hall has been honored with the 2024 Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award. The announcement was made during the Ohio REALTORS 114th Annual Convention & EXPO, held from September 9-11 in Columbus.
The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award, established in 2001 to honor Past President Phillip R. Barnes, recognizes a REALTOR who exemplifies leadership and commitment through their dedication to the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) and political engagement. This prestigious award is presented annually to those who champion real estate advocacy.
Chris Hall has shown unwavering support for RPAC over the years. In 2023, he was inducted into the Ohio REALTORS RPAC Hall of Honor, recognizing exceptional dedication to advancing the real estate profession through political involvement. Additionally, he became a member of NAR’s Hall of Fame in 2022 and is recognized at the $20,000 level for both Ohio and NAR. Over time, he has invested nearly $30,000 into RPAC.

Aveni Jr., Bradley Bennett (2016), Terry Hankner (2017), Brad Knapp (2018), Sue Lusk-Gleich(2019) , Pete Kopf(2020) , Greg Hrabcak(2021) , Steve Casper(2022) , Linda Tippel(2023).
