Ohio REALTORS announced the election of its 2025 Leadership Team during the Association’s Annual Convention & EXPO, held from September 9-11 in Columbus. The new team comprises Michelle Billings as President, Mic Gordon as President-Elect, and Joanne Zettl as Treasurer. They will be officially installed during the Ohio REALTORS Winter Conference in February 2025.

Michelle Billings, the incoming President, is a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Cincinnati. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, she has been actively involved with local, state, and national REALTOR associations. Her local contributions include serving as President of the REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in 2019 and President of the Cincinnati Women’s Council of REALTORS in 2017. At the state level, she has chaired various committees such as the Diversity Equal Opportunities Committee and Local Government Forum. Nationally, she has served on multiple committees for the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and is currently on NAR’s 2024 Leading Edge Advisory Board.

Billings holds several certifications including Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD). She received The Beaulah Mathys Achievement Award at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2017.

Mic Gordon, the newly elected President-Elect, is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty and Keller Williams Excel Realty. Licensed since 1987, he leads two brokerages with nearly 360 agents while continuing to serve clients directly. Locally, he was President of Columbus REALTORS in 2017 and has chaired numerous committees including Governance and Budget & Finance. At the state level, he has been a member of Ohio REALTORS Board of Directors since 2010 and has chaired several key committees. Nationally, he has served on NAR's Federal Taxation Committee.

Gordon also holds professional designations such as Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD).

Joanne Zettl will serve as Treasurer for Ohio REALTORS in 2025. She is a sales associate with Elite Sotheby’s International Realty serving Greater Cleveland. A REALTOR since 1985 and licensed broker since 1990, Zettl has held numerous leadership roles within the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS (ACAR), including serving as its President in 2013. She has been active at both state and national levels within various committees for Ohio REALTORS and NAR.

Zettl holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University along with multiple professional designations such as Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI).
