Are you ready to commit to honoring yourself through extreme self-care? Some of you reading this may currently be taking good care of yourselves, while others may just be squeaking by. Either way, it's time to elevate our self-care practices. We only have one body to nurture and care for, and it is important to find ways to consistently participate in activities that promote well-being so that as we age, our bodies can keep up.

The physical apparatus we are lugging around requires some form of exercise. Don’t just exercise because you think you “should.” Find something that you truly enjoy; perhaps it is a sport, or maybe you like dancing. Find your individual place in the fitness world, creating consistency and having fun.

Here is another tip that you may find interesting: I see a doctor for wellness reasons, which I have found to be immeasurably beneficial. This may or may not be your preference, but I much prefer being proactive rather than reacting when something happens to my body.

Bottom line, create a plan that works for you. Each person has different preferences and intentions. What matters is that you are taking the best care of yourself possible.
