Representative Mike Carey (OH-15) announced the winners of his office’s 2024 Congressional Art Competition today.
“Every year, we look forward to seeing the impressive artwork created by students in the Fifteenth Congressional District,” said Congressman Carey. “This year’s submissions certainly did not disappoint. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to the artists and judges who lent their talent and time to make this year’s competition a success.”
Carey’s office received over fifty submissions from ninth through twelfth graders in the Fifteenth District. The competition's judges included Sarah Sisser, CEO of CreativeOhio, and Sarah Berez and Amanda Kepner from the Columbus Museum of Art. They selected the following winners:

Additionally, Carey’s office conducted a survey on social media to select a “People’s Choice” winner from the runners-up. The selected work was:
