All this because a watchful citizen saw something that didn’t look right and made that call. FCSO Patrol Deputies encountered a man and a woman along a rural stretch of Lockbourne Road. The couple claimed their vehicle was overheating. Deputies took the female into custody on an outstanding OVI warrant and proceeded to recover suspected heroin and methamphetamine and 8-stolen credit cards. Deputies popped the hood and discovered the suspects had cut the catalytic converter AND recovered a hidden, loaded weapon. A great job by the deputies and the Good Samaritan who did their part to keep the community safe.
