April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, focusing on the importance of families and communities working together to prevent child abuse and neglect. Each of the pinwheels on City Hall's campus represent our responsibility to be the winds of change. Let's work together to spot the signs of neglect and abuse and end it in our city.
