On March 17, Daniel S. and Margaret S. Beech purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 6160 Darby Lane, Columbus from Rachel E. Bowen and Jennifer B Gilmore for $305,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 21, 2001 for $139,900.

So far in March 2022, 196 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer B Gilmore has been registered to vote since 2013. Rachel E Bowen has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
