On Feb. 10, Zakery T Rollins and Linda Zhang sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 5628 Cardin Blvd., Columbus to Lee Ann Perorazio and Bryon Richard Trainer for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,051.20, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 176 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5628 Cardin Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kayla Ann Strata, 30, and Nicholas J Strata, 35.
