On March 1, Logan Investment Properties LLC purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 65 S. Avondale Ave., Columbus from A an M Properties LLC for $300,000.

This home last sold for $87,500 on May 27, 2014.

So far in March 2022, 19 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 65 S. Avondale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mark Timothy Santillana, 51, and Jefferey M Steele, 55.
