On Feb. 16, Ziyad Ali purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1346 Aberdeen Ave., Columbus from South Third & Pearl LLC for $125,000.

This home last sold for $63,000 on March 10, 2021.

So far in February 2022, 230 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jerome Pace, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 1346 Aberdeen Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
