The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,585.27, 1.43% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $80,000 on Dec. 7, 2010.

So far in February 2022, 45 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 377 Chittenden Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lindsay Anne McCord, 30, Eli C Guidry, 24, Madeleine E Smith, 35, Caroline Crary Elbert, 37, Matthew D Reitman, 38, and Mark Rubeo, 30.
