The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 411 S. Twenty Second St., Columbus was sold on Jan. 20 by Dwight M. and Ross M. Etgen for $320,000. The buyer was Douglas A. Worthington.

This home last sold on July 1, 2019 for $245,000.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nathan Aaron Dunmoyer, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 411 S. Twenty Second St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
