2021: Home prices in Riverlea increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Riverlea rose by $93,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $501,000 - a 23% increase over the $407,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Riverlea in 2020.

The median sales tax in Riverlea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,438, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
