Flint median home prices rose by 49.8% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Flint rose by $110,600 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 49.8% increase over the $221,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Flint in 2020.

The median sales tax in Flint for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,723, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for 2021.
