Home prices increased in Whitehall during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Whitehall rose by $47,650 while total sales increased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 48.9% increase over the $97,350 median sale price for the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Whitehall in 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
