2021: Clinton experienced a 45.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Clinton rose by $25,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 45.5% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Clinton in 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Clinton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,528, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for 2021.
