The second half of 2021: Home prices in Bexley fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bexley fell by $17,001 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $451,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $468,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Bexley in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bexley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,414, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
