Worthington home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Worthington fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Worthington in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
