Rising home prices in Whitehall in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Whitehall rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 342.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Whitehall in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
