Worthington home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Worthington fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Worthington in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
