The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Columbus rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 58.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 569 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 358 homes sold in Columbus in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
