The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1656 Forest St., Columbus was sold on Dec. 2 by Coh 2 LLC for $210,000. The buyers were Brian Lee and Jonquille Susan Anderson.

The last time this home sold was March 4, 1999. It last sold for $40,000.

So far in December 2021, 16 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lori Ann Neff, 59, was the only registered voter residing at 1656 Forest St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
