The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1175 S. Twenty Second St., Columbus was sold on Nov. 24 by Don W Bovell and Ann Burnett for $245,235. The buyers were Ryne Hunt and Samantha Williams.

This home last sold for $52,900 on March 2, 2006.

So far in November 2021, 320 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Damon E Tabron, 45, was the only registered voter residing at 1175 S. Twenty Second St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
