Median home prices in Minerva Park rose to $273,750 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Minerva Park rose by $55,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,750 - a 25.4% increase over the $218,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Minerva Park in the third quarter of 2020.
